今天波比跳第一天。25个分三组练习。感觉最大的障碍是俯卧撑的撑,手臂很累,腹肌感觉明显。然后继续200蹲。称一下竟然重了一公斤,万恶的假期!!目标5公斤。给自己打个卡,记录每天身体的变化。

基本的波比跳涵盖了上肢推(俯卧撑),下肢蹬和缓冲(蹲跳及落下),以及上下肢的相对运动(屈体),可以锻炼到肱三,胸大肌,股四,股二,臀大肌,以及腰腹。当然,波比跳还有一个非常重要的效果,训练心肺,因为它的强度很大。如果你采用变体波比跳,就可以训练更多的运动模式及相关肌群。效果十分不错。

the weather is very weird today,very hot and uncomfortable.push-ups what i do 2 days before are really hurts me and i still can't do Burpee today.Abdominal and shoulder muscles remain tense and painful.
burpee is including squat+push-up+frog-jump. Squats are not a problem for me, the problem is mainly in push-ups.What if I lowered the difficulty and replaced the push-ups with plank?try it on.
plank doesn't work either.i just insisted on for 30 seconds until lay on the ground.pooooooor me!burpee is really hard to me.200 squats never give up.
The temperature drop suddenly. I feel not good with a headache probably because of the bad weather,The muscle pain of the burpee has still stayed. I don't think i can try it this week.keep on squating 200 times.i love squats even with headache,but squats can not stop my headache.ITseems to be getting sick.damn it!
Although got cold definitely yesterday, i feel alright today.thanks to my lovely squats,i am not as weak as before.bye~the weak me!i also feel better with the muscle tension, so done a one-minute plank.My aunt is supposed to be coming tomorrow,squats are going to have a holiday after finishing 200 times today.
The first day my aunt came, i felt almost no pain.Reclining Bound Angle Pose is also called as supta baddha konasana in Sanskrit.In ancient China,there is the same pose named huanyangwo with the same effect.it's really really great to relieve pain from aunt after practicing one year constantly.there are a lot in common about Yoga and Qigong which both from oriental cultural.I was deeply touched by the wisdom of them.
Aunt's cycle is shorter than before,restart my 200 squats.but the abdominal wound hasn't recovered yet.unbelievable!the fist time of friends has been over yet.listening and speaking are a liittle bitter better than before,but i got to get more better at the twice time.
after doing my squats today and taking shower,i I found my weight coming back.the extra 1 kg is actually my heavy clothes.The knees began to make some noise again these days, as if the machine needed refueling.The weather is getting cold. winter is good for liver and kidney, I need to add some quiet movement,such as meditation,probably.
I did 20 push-ups today, though it still hurts a bit.take it easy,I don't want to be too quick to hurt again.then kept on my squats as usual.it's an anxious day,lots of things made me standing in the crossing and i can't even see the direction.exercise and sweat freshed me up and saved me.English and exercise, both of them need to be practiced until becomes part of the body.then they are really yours as nature.
I thought plank step-up was easy,but it turned out to get the wound on the each of arm which hurt me again.too easy to get hurt,damn it!i have to take a relax.only squats with me forever and soft to me.it's really hard to lose weight because of the weather. how abou try to redo the breathing exercise tomorrow,it might be better to practice in winter.

you know,i do respect that u could burn eggs on your belly,but ...to me,i have stove to do it :).
it's a nice day today. I did 10 push-ups,then I felt a kind of tear in my belly and stopped it.I don't know why I have a little headache but after squats and shower,i'm better.i'm going to do some study about the breathing exercise tonight and get ready to restart it.
abdominal respiration for 40 minutes.breathe every 30 seconds.feel hot inside the body.
