10push-ups / 200 squats/30min abdominal respiration .after seeing some video of burpee,I found that their arm position was very low and nearly close to the ground when they did push-ups. I couldn't do it properly.for always doing squats,my legs are good but my arms are weak.it seems that i should start push-ups from zero.shoulders got the pain,i can't even catch my back when taking the shower,so dirty!abdominal respiration made my internal body very warm.it is really great for winter so i'll keep on it for sure.

Knee Push-up made knee pain,so i just do 10,but Incline Push-Ups are easier to me in the beginning,so i want to start from it.bummed out today.you work hard for something and you think that when you get it.it's never gonna be as good as you thought it would be.

had a physical examination today. A pile of glitches has not progressed.came back to practice a few push-ups,it turns out that the arms are shaking even with chopsticks.I've been slack for half a year. going to focus on fitness. Stop coffee and milk tea. have a minimalist life. Make myself simpler, more pure, and less distractions.

thought back myself for half a year,those minor ailments should have nothing to do with my living habits which are really good.I think it's just a little twists and turns that reminds me to workout harder.life-altering thing is coming.i need better health to meet the extended challenge.god of the universe,beam me up!
