After a few days of bending exercise, the ligaments move up to the higher level that my palms have been able to touch the ground without pain.The spine is much looser and more flexible.i felt that clearly when squatting.it contributed to the package of waist+foot+head exercise.After practicing for a week, I feel the improvement of my physical ability.glad to see it.The spine of back-neck is somewhat blocked what still need some time to go through it.

because of these two days strengthen spine exercise, i can stick to the wall completely when doing squats. and when Standing up,i can leaded by the head, not just depend on the legs.my unprogressive squats in long time has finally made a breakthrough.Jupiter surprises me!Why did the turtle live so long? Because Because the turtle's neck is always stretching and shrinking and the turtle's tail is constantly spinning. And this kind of exercise totally hit the key point.
