I have a very serious complaint. It went failed when I clicked checkout. However,the money, 120 RMB, in my account has been already taken. And I looked thepurchase record and it stated that I was somehow “successfully” buy 8 treasurykeys, which have never added to my account. I have submitted the issue toPerfect World and Steam many times and all I got is being told to wait forchecking. I am confused that how difficult it could be and there is a recordshowing the story.

I will consult my lawyer to see whether Ineed to do anything to reserve my rights.

I am one common Dota2 player in China. And myDota2 account is 账号. I was 3 months ago prohibited to trade or sell/purchase in SteamMarket and the notice stated that I was suspected involved in Dota2 itemstrading disputes. I am not sure which item the notice was referring to, but Ihave never purchased, tried to defraud anyone or tried to hack others’ accountsto get items.

I can still vividly remember that one of mydota2 friends, 黑货账号(黑货来源账号) traded me for some in-game items, within which are some of items Idesire very much. So I accepted the trade and my account was therefore bannedto trade ever since. I then figured out that the “friend” might be hijacked,but I didn’t know.

Granted, I was given those items by my “friend”,which I thought would be merely presents or trade. Those trade or “gifts” weresupposed to express goodness and friendship. If there are some items in myinventory that involve in any fraudulent trading, I am willing tocooperate and give back those items.

I am one big fan of Dota2 and consider ithighly as one of the greatest game in the world. Please let me know if thereare anything I can do to reactivate trade function of my account.

I once played with her in a game and I wasoutraged by her in-game performance and behavior. I expressed my feeling ingame and she got even angrier than me obviously. She threatened that she wouldgo report me on steam. She turned to her friends for help and they all reportedthat I was trying to defraud them by scamming. How ridiculous!

Sorry to bother you again. But I have to restate my situation and fight legally for my rights and privileges that are taken from me. I will explain to you the whole story and I will present some necessary evidence that would be helpful.

It was about a month ago when I was first talking to Dota2 player （交易，举报你的号）.He was planning to sell some of his inventory on Steam Market. Payment was settled and I was given the item. It all went well as the in-game item was successfully delivered. But just at the time I thought the deal was accomplished and over, (举报你的号) added me as a friend and said that I have not paid him for the item. How ridiculous and I certainly refused. Because I thought Steam Market has the auto systemthat in-game item is delivered after buyer pays. As a result, I was reported being fraudulent by him on a daily basis. He even asked his friends to report me on purpose (he told me that). And I was now thus banned consequently.

I also hate fraud. I am totally with the steam policy about no tolerance to scamming. As you see, I was not intended to scam or defraud anyone for the in-game items and I never will. But I am treated unjustly on this issue. Please re-check.

I know I have submitted many tickets onthis issue but I am now extremely depressed. Please inform me what I can do to regain and re-activate my trading function of my account.
