先说说LZ的背景：
大学交换了两年在美帝，研究生又是在美帝读了两年。（为了不让黑子们喷LZ是在秀优越，介绍到此为止~~~）
英语写作不说下笔成章，但是至少也写了这么多年了。看到各位有些人因为各种各样的原因被封号或者被列入无法成功匹配的黑名单，还是想帮帮各位的。（不图任何报酬~各位看官或者各位英语大神轻喷~）

关于被封号的原因有很多种，原则上是都能申诉的，但是成功率视原因而不同。
值得注意的是，有一种原因怎么申诉也没用，那就是买号！

就是说这个号原本就不是你的，你通过某些途径购买或者获取了这个号，如果一旦被封或者追回，你只能跟他说byebye。

第二种不易成功的原因是外挂，或者双开沙盘，因为V社是明令禁止的，老美是很注重条约的，所以一旦你是因为这种原因被封的话，申诉回来的成功率只有5%不到。

第三种是买卖黑货，这个原因争议最大，因为争议大也越有可能申诉回来，但是需要表明的是千万不能承认X宝的存在（由于V社不能查看X宝的金钱交易，所以一般很好推脱）正确的说法是，如果存在黑货，说是朋友赠送，自己并不知道这是黑货，愿意无条件返还黑货等等。至于有人问steam市场存不存在黑货的问题，答案是100%有黑货！但是V社100%不会管！

第四种是人机号，（注意这里的人机号是人机匹配挂机被举报进了Blist，如果是用的脚本挂机请看第二种），没用脚本挂机被举报次数多了容易进Blist，但是也容易出来，比如网上流传的认真打几把电脑等等，但是也有同学碰到了打了无数把电脑也出不了的情况。我们只能假设Blist也是分级的。所以我们要申诉的就是为自己找理由解释自己并不是挂机可能是电脑的原因死机但是还保持这网络连接等等。

第五种原因是Steam层面上的多人举报，这一种原因很困难，但是如果被举报的人数不是很多的话还有机会，如果因为是骗子太过分引来了上百人举报的话也只能说byebye了。（Steam层面的举报是指针对Steam账号的举报，与平时游戏里的举报是两个概念）

还有什么原因想不起来了，欢饮大家补充，（LZ现在在一家外企，做的是欧美市场，所以下午有一些小差时间能帮大家写申诉Email，但是周末没啥空）其实申诉不用很长，阐述自己的立场，表达应有的歉意就行。

有些人私信说根本就不知道在哪申述，LZ在这做个介绍。
首先你要明确你是跟谁申诉，跟完美就直接去完美官网找客服。
由于dota2是V社的游戏，完美只是代理商，我觉得像账号什么的事直接跳开完美找V社。因为完美找了也没用。

网址很好找，上了steam里面随便一个页面上面的“客服”或者“support”

点进去的时候会出现两个大图标，关于游戏的点左边，关于steam平台设置的点右边。但是大部分时间都是Game的问题

点进去之后会是如上画面，默认是英文的，大家可以在下面改成“simplified Chinese”中文的 再点联系Steam客服（左边的那些不用看，都是各种官方回答，没什么用）

进去之后，在产品那里输“dota2“， 如果是账号原因就选Account Questions， 下面原因选”suspended、restricted account“ 然后就是你的表达啦， 下面就是所谓的申诉Email。大家都会了吧

第一封申诉非常重要，因为作为游戏提供商再封号之后是有义务对玩家提出的申诉进行复查的。但是如果你的申诉表达不清或者对于自己的过失没有客观立场的阐明的话，V社会给你的邮件就是死刑，如下 借用一下同学的图：

My account was hijacked and all my dota2 itemshave been stolen! It happened on the afternoon, 3rd Jun (Beijingzone). One stranger sent me a friend request, saying that his girlfriend wantedto trade with me for some in-game items. He then typed a web link beginningwith “steamcommunity”. I thought it might be OK so I clicked it. Since then, myscreen and the computer is like out of my control and I watched all itemsautomatically went away and I couldn’t do anything. I was forced off line andwhen I got back on, everything was gone.
