The video is very good, as always. The cleanliness and politeness (and stoicism) of Japan is UNPARALLELED in the world. So the fact that China lags (far) behind Japan in these regards (and others) comes as no surprise. I am a Chinese citizen who has been living overseas for the past 13 years. I am however, if I have to describe myself, a '欧美系' rather than '日韩系' which means that Japanese/Korean culture does not appeal to me that much, personally (food being an exception). I can't really stand the kwaii/hellokittyshit. I have been learning French and Spanish but am not interested at all in Japanese/Korean. I'm just speaking for myself

+yinstube Japanese are not polite at all. They just have service standards - that's all. As the result, the short visitors are overwhemled by their "kindness". But once you get closer with the Japanese, you would experience how rude these people can be (women included). In Japan you can get sugar - coated, fake compliments, which many foreigners takes as a "politness".
Cleanliness is in the main public spaces. I recommend you to visit some Japanese homes and you would be suprised how dirty and unkempt they are.
Chinese, on the other hand can be rude in public - in relation with strangers, but once you know each other and build some kind of relation, they are very warm and friendly. In China streets can be dirty, but Chinese homes are clean and tidy.
As a European, I definitely prefer Chinese over Japanese (I don't like double - faced, rough xenophobes).

I disagree what you said, it depends which part of China u r living in, for so many cities people won't talk either in buses or trains. But for most cities in China, you can hardly find people talking in a theatre, So what's you've said is untrue, and I disagree. If you think people always talk in a theatre in China, can you please provide evidence of which city was that? You know there's tens thousands of theatre in China, just provide me one that's people are commonly talking very loud in a theatre, and I'll believe you, or I disagree.

Thank you for your video. As you mentioned, some Chinese people speak loudly in public place, that is not a good behavior. but when i studying in UK, i found British also speak loudly sometimes, more importantly when they laugh, they laugh in a extremely high voice, what do you think of this? i am really looking forward to your reply.

I'm from Brazil and people here usually speak loud as well. I don't think it is a good thing but still i hope that my country one day changes. I'm with you, China.

Greetings from Helsinki, Finland! I love your videos! Been there in China 3 times but never got to know the real meaning of life there as so few people speak english. Short visits to do with work. People bysy and not too friendly. I was like an invisible ghost for them when walking in Shenzen or trying to talk to them. In a karaoke bar I was a king, everyone took photos of me and my friend (all drunk). Met few very nice people by work.

I am in lamp business, consumer lighting. Many big manufactures in EU are moving their lamp production to and buying from Poland (in EU) - better quality and better service and they deal with product quality complaints on the spot and instantly. Chinese factories have no sense in keeping customers happy. They do not deal with complaints as they should - basically no complaining rights even they ship B class products and you ordered and paid for A class. Very bad. Some Chinese companies are pissing in their own cerials or legs is the saying in Finland.
