今天是2020年的最后一天， 从未像今天这样，期待着和即将过去的一年告别。

别了， 2020，不想再见了。
不想那无孔不入的新冠病毒在新的一年继续肆虐；
不想那因为大流行而失业的人们继续愁眉紧锁；
不想那因为新冠失去亲人的人们终日泪流不止；
不想那些贫穷不平等和饥饿不断加剧；
不想那蔚蓝的天空出现得越来越少；
不想那辽阔的海洋上不断传来某种生物濒危的消息。

别了， 2020， 不想再见了。
不想再见那被病痛折磨的一段段苦苦的挣扎；
不想再见那备受生活磨难的双眼不停的泪水；
不想再见那因为环境破坏海水上升而失去家园的人们的无助；
不想再见让这个本来那么美丽的蓝色星球变得日渐疲惫的种种丑恶。

别了， 2020， 不想再见了。
我要去见2021了；
要去见一个全新的世界；
要去见一个没有病痛的世界；
要去见一个没有不公的世界；
要去见一个人人平等的世界；
要去见一个相互关怀的世界；
要去见一个被蓝天碧海环抱的世界；
要去见一个被清风花香围绕的世界；
要去见一个让每一颗善良的心灵倍感温暖的世界；
要去见一个让每一张真挚的脸上绽放笑颜的世界。

It is the last day of 2020. It has never been like this. I`m looking forward to saying farewell to the year that is about to end.
Farewell! 2020, I don't want to see you anymore.
I don't want the all-pervasive new coronavirus to continue to wreak havoc in the new year;
I don’t want the people who are unemployed because of the pandemic continue to frown;
I don’t want the people who lost their loved ones because of the covid-19 crying all day long;
I don't want to see poverty, inequality and hunger increasing;
I don’t want the blue sky to appear less and less;
I don't want to hear the news that some kind of creature is endangered constantly in the vast ocean.

Farewell ! 2020. I don't want to see you again.
I don't want to see the painful struggles of suffering;
I don't want to see the tears in the eyes that have been suffering in life again;
I don’t want to see the helplessness of people who have lost their homes because of environmental destruction and rising seas;
I don't want to see the ugliness that makes this originally so beautiful blue planet increasingly tired.

Farewell ! 2020. I don't want to see you again.
I'm going to meet 2021;
To meet a brandnew world;
To meet a world without pain;
To meet a world without injustice;
To meet a world where everyone is equal;
To meet a world of mutual concern;
To meet a world surrounded by blue sky and blue sea;
To meet a world filled with breeze and flowers;
To meet a world that makes every kind heart warmer;
To meet a world where every sincere face smiles like the sun.

【联合国秘书长发表新年致辞：让2021成为治愈之年】

当地时间12月28日，联合国秘书长古特雷斯发表2021新年致辞，他在讲话中说道，2020年是充满考验、悲剧和泪水的一年。“新冠病毒颠覆了人们的生活，让世界陷入痛苦和悲痛。许多亲人丧生，病毒的肆虐，造成一轮又一轮新的病痛和死亡。”古特雷斯表示，贫困、不平等和饥饿正在加剧。就业机会正在消失，债务也在不断增加，而孩子们都在困境中挣扎。“但新的一年就在前方。我们由此看到了希望的曙光。”古特雷斯认为，气候变化和新冠疫情的双重危机只有通过人们同舟共济才能克服。他呼吁人们携起手来，彼此和睦相处并与自然和谐共存，共同应对气候危机，遏制新冠疫情蔓延，让2021年成为治愈创伤的一年。
